Upon signing the franchise agreement, franchisees will go through an immersion process that covers the brand, store design, construction operations, and real estate. Before opening their first store, franchisees will undergo comprehensive on-site training for key positions, and our field trainers will be available to assist in the store opening. Our training program is designed to equip franchisees with the skills to train, lead, and inspire their teams to deliver exceptional service, including a visit to an operating store to gain hands-on experience with daily operations.

  • The cost can vary depending on store location, size, licenses, etc., but we estimate an average cost of implementation between $150-210K CAD, including franchise fees. We can assist with Canadian Small Business Finance Loan applications to cover up to 80% of these costs.
