  • We are looking for someone to join the team at our Vancouver location located in The Post. You will be reporting to the GM of Vancouver. In this role you will serve customers a variety of Oakberry products while creating a fun and enthusiastic environment!

    Location: The Post, 658 Homer St, Vancouver, BC

    Terms: Full-time or Part-time. $16.75-$17.50 an hour plus tips.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and serve customers a variety of Açaí products with a welcoming and positive attitude.

    • Follow procedures and best practices. (Ex. but not limited to: Checking temperatures, rotating supplies correctly, adhering to safety and health guidelines.)

    • Able to handle customers questions and concerns knowledgeably.

    • Prepare Açaí, fruits, and toppings

    • Able to multitask and meet 2-minute turnaround time for all Oakberry products.

    • Prep and package mobile orders.

    • Enter, process, and take payment for customers' orders.

    • Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, customer areas, supplies, and equipment.

    • Ensure all areas of the store are stocked including customer and prep areas.

    • Knowledgeable on all Oakberry products offered which includes: Pricing, nutritional information, topping options, and able to make suggestions based on customer preferences.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Has a friendly and positive attitude.

    • Possess a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate or willing to obtain one.

    • Able to communicate and listen effectively.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    • Previous experience as a cashier, customer service, sales, or other related fields. Not necessary but desired.

    • Detail and process oriented.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Familiar with kitchen tools and supplies.

    • Knowledge with mobile ordering apps.

    • Has previous experience working in customer service.
