acquisition of the Master Franchisee rights to OAKBERRY AÇAÍ in Ontario, effective

Wednesday, April 9th, 2025. This strategic expansion strengthens Snowbank Brands’

presence in the Canadian market, building upon its successful operation of 15 OAKBERRY

stores in Western Canada.

With this acquisition, Snowbank Brands will spearhead OAKBERRY’s continued growth

and development across Ontario, bringing the globally renowned superfood brand to

even more consumers seeking high-quality, nutritious, and delicious açaí offerings.

In addition to this exciting expansion, Snowbank Brands is pleased to announce the

appointment of Kyla Friesen as the National Head of Operations. With her leadership and

expertise, Kyla will oversee operational excellence, drive growth strategies, and ensure a

seamless customer experience across all OAKBERRY locations in Canada.
